KQuIP North West essential Quality Improvement programme

The KQuIP North West essential QI training programme aims to build quality improvement (QI) capability, confidence and leadership with appointed Renal Unit QI leads using the IHI Model for Improvement as its framework.

The programme will be delivered over three afternoons over the summer.

Workshop 1 – 8 July

Part 1. Introduction to QI - Overview of quality improvement and what you need to do to get started. Part 2. How to engage and communicate with the kidney team, patients, your organisation, and the wider community.
