Kidney Research UK pediatric awards now open

Kids Kidney Research merged with Kidney Research UK in 2017 and this grants programme, dedicated to pediatric research, secures and consolidates ongoing investment in this area.

Non-medical, medical, nursing, pharmacy and allied health professionals are invited to apply.

The closing date is 5pm on Friday 28 September 2018. Applications are online only and accepted through the website.

Kidney Research UK sponsored Daphne Jackson Fellowship Opportunity

Applications are invited for a Kidney Research UK-sponsored two-year Daphne Jackson Fellowship to be held at any UK university or research establishment. The Fellowship provides an opportunity for a STEM professionals wishing to return to a research career after a break of two or more years.

This Fellowship is part-time over two years and consists of a challenging research project and at least 100 hours’ retraining per year.

Chair of trustees announcement

Kidney Research UK is delighted to announce the appointment of Professor Jeremy Hughes as Chair- Elect. Professor Hughes will take up the chair of the board of trustees following the charity’s AGM in September 2018, succeeding Professor John Feehally.
