Data about patients who test positive for COVID-19
The UKRR requests that every renal centre in England, Northern Ireland and Wales submits their COVID-19 data every Wednesday by 3pm to ukrr.data@nhs.net.
Data items for renal centres in England and Wales are:
- NHS number
- Date of birth
- Date of positive COVID-19 test
- Renal status
- Treatment centre.
Please use this spreadsheet to submit your centre's data.
Data items for renal centres in Northern Ireland and Scotland are:
- H&C or CHI number
- Date of birth
- Sex
- Ethnicity
- Date of positive COVID-19 test
- Renal status
- Treatment centre
- Date of death.
