Please email us at least four to six weeks before the grant application deadline and longer if it is a particularly complex grant.
We will ask you to complete a costing form so that we understand your proposed project and exactly what involvement you want from the UKRR. Quotes will be valid for up to 12 months.
If your grant application is successful we will invite you to apply for UKRR data through our data application process.
Please note, currently we are only permitted to release patient level data to academic and clinical organisations based in the UK – we cannot release patient level data to commercial organisations or to organisations outside the UK.
