"Heart failure in pandemic times: assessing evidence for treating iron deficiency”- Cardiorenal Forum webinar


The Cardiorenal Forum will be hosting a free webinar for healthcare professionals on Wednesday 21 April 2021, entitled “Heart failure in pandemic times: assessing evidence for treating iron deficiency”. 

The aim of the webinar is to give an update of the treatment of iron deficiency in patients with heart failure, covering lessons from recent trials, evolving multidisciplinary guidelines and future directions for iron replacement therapy. The webinar will also cover the use of iron in cardiorenal patients and practical approaches to iron delivery services during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

This webinar is aimed at cardiologists, nephrologists, diabetologists, specialist nurses, clinical pharmacists – all grades with a particular on those in training. Certificates of attendance will be issued after the webinar, which will be equivalent to 2 CPD points.
