Improving peer support for kidney patients: peer support toolkit

Improving peer support for kidney patients: peer support toolkit

People with kidney disease are experiencing a particularly challenging time due to COVID-19 and often depend on the support from others in the same situation. If you need to revitalise your peer support programme or are thinking about starting from scratch, then a team from Kings College Hospital and London South Bank University has developed a Toolkit to help you. It is packed with lots of downloadable resources and links to publications. The project was very kindly funded by Kidney Care UK. The project team is very happy to support you and answer questions

The toolkit can be found here: https://www.kidneycareuk.org/health-professionals/peer-support-toolkit/
