EOIs for new Sustainable Kidney Care Committee

The renal multi-professional healthcare and patient community are invited to contribute to the Renal Association/UK Kidney Association’s new Sustainable Kidney Care Committee.

The Committee will play a leading role in progress towards achievement of NHS net zero ambitions and mitigation of the other environmental impacts of UK kidney care.

For this scoping phase, we seek expressions of interest (EOIs) to participate in a preliminary on-line workshop (to be held on 23 June between 2pm and 4pm) to ensure the full scope of the community’s ambitions are realized.

In no more than 300 words, please include your own personal interest in participation and your view on the key interventions needed to make kidney care greener.

In addition (to the 300 word limit) please also indicate whether you are a patient and/or the professional group you belong to, whether you would wish to participate in future committee work and whether you hold office within your specialty group.

Please submit your EoI to sarah.crimp@renal.org, by Monday 17 May.
