KQuIP North West essential Quality Improvement programme - Workshop 1

On the 8th July 2021, the North West KQuIP faculty held the first of three essential Quality Improvement (QI) workshops. The afternoon was divided into two sessions. Each session was comprised of a formal presentation and two informal project breakout rooms. Attendees were introduced to the concept of QI in the first session, and stakeholder engagement and communication in the second.
